Nat: I may or may not have just eaten 5 homemade chocolate chip cookies...

Yeah...and now I feel fat...

But anyway - I know some of you were interested in hearing about this new boy that I met. And I'm sad to say that I have very bad news, ladies.

We had 2 shifts together at work, (his name's Cameron, by the way) we were getting along great, he likes almost everything that I do, and he's witty and charming and sweet and attractive...

And he got fired.

So, yeah. Chances are I will never see him again, ever. Wow...

Hence the chocolate chip cookies. (I'm just kidding. I made cookies because I love cookies.)

Kas: GUESS WHAT!

I just decided, Heather is going to come with me to college!
She'll live in my closet...
and I'll bring her food... LIKE A FERRET!
:D
Good plan, eh?
...
...
...

yeah, thats what I thought, too.

Cori: Achoo!

Gah, SPRING FEVER!!! lol. It had better turn warm soon, or else I'm kicking winter's ass all the way to Fucking, Austria! (There really is such a place. I'm going on vacation there someday, heh heh. Though it's pronounced "fooking.") I've been editing BTL (Between the Lines) a lot lately, and I'm super happy with it. Right now, instead of my 65,000 goal, it's 70,000 xD!!! I wonder how many pages that is...? I have Open Office, and it messes up the pages bigtime, so heh whatever. If anyone has Microsoft Word, could you please find out how many pages 70,000 words is? :3 Other than that, nothing else is really going on lately. I'm on spring break, RP-ing a ton with my technical sisters, and sleeping as much as possible before I go back to school on monday. So what's up with you guys lately?

Sarah: Secret...REVEALED.

Hello all,

It's me.

Here to tell you all the big secret.

It's actually not that big, but whatever.

So, here it is:

I'm graduating early! I'm a junior this year, and after talking to my counselor and my parents, we all decided it was for the best. After all, I'm not really learning anything at my school anymore, so there's no point in me going.

I'll only have to go for one semester next school year, and then only half the day because of my volunteering requirements and such. But yeah.

I'm actually really, really excited about this because it means I get to get a head-start on college and I'll be able to start working on my own business. I'm going to own a bakery. :)

Now you all know.

But here's something else you should be aware of:

I don't know how much time I'll be spending writing. My workload for school is about to get very, very large so I'm going to be spending a lot of time on that. But I will have this summer and such.

Love you all. :)

Sarah: So...the secret....

Will soon be revealed! That much I can promise you. I already told you what it concerns, but there isn't much more I can spill now, not until I get for sure information about certain things.

But here's another thing.

I. Hate. Chemistry.

Like, for reals.

Because my Chem teacher is a crazy pregnant nut-job who won't shut up about her impending baby and won't quit telling us how "oh, now she has fingernails and hair follicles and isn't it nice here let's do a project on child development in the womb."

Ew.

Let me just say that she can take her pregnant self right to the hospital and get her baby out already. I mean, for real. Her due date has passed and SHE WON'T LEAVE.

And now I'm going to fail because she can't actually teach because she's too concerned with her fruit loop obsession or her baby's hair follicles.

Again, ew.

Kas: GOBLINS!

Thats my Theory...^
Goblins.
Confused?
Exactly.
Hahaha.

So, as all of you have im sure realized the SAAWAKM Bloggiversary Gifts have not been sent yet. You see, theres a logical explanation for this. Goblins have taken them! Well, half of them, at least. I cannot find part of the gifts. The part I was still putting together, to be exact. They have vanished off the face of the earth, into the barren wasteland of clutter and nothingness known as my bedroom... You see, it all started a few weeks (*cough* more than a month ago *cough*) As I was slaving over said gifts, trying to make them perfect for you lovely ladies. I laid the gifts down somewhere... the exact location is unknown :)... and thats when they attacked! the goblins, that is. They have stolen you're gifts, and taken them far away to an unknown land known as djfhmxdbfjufs. (Pronunciation: duh-je-fuh-mm-skud- buf-juf-ssss)

i have been attempting to track down these evil Goblins and retrieve said awesomness in gift form, but they have thwarted my attwemts at every turn! I am planning a siege upon their world this weekend, and I plan on taking back what is rightfully mine. Anyways, I'll tell you how that works out... Hope this clears things up a bit. -K

Sarah: i. love. cupcakes.

Like, for real. They're one of my most favorite things in the world.

Why?

Because they're amazing little drops of happiness that you can conveniently eat. WHO DOESN'T WANT TO EAT HAPPINESS?

Heather: Procrastination Station.

Lazy, lazy, lazy, oh, woe is me.
Hello ladies.
I got a hair cut.
I don't like it.
I need to stop doing things to my hair...
Well, at least the bangs are nice.
Anyway, I've been pretty busy lately. You know, at my school there's (supposedly<- key word there...) a white board in the office where teachers write out the big assignments/tests due for their classes so it doesn't pile up for the students.
I now know that that, my friends, is bullshit.
Of course, with homework, two projects (one worth a whomping 30% of my grade) and three tests to study for- I left it until now.
6:07 pm, on Sunday.
Can you hear that? No?
That, my friends, is the sound of my idiocy.
And Nat- what's this I hear about a boy?
Cori- I hope your hair looks awesome!
And Kas- why is it I haven't heard about this buisness? D:
Well, that all for now- I'm off to spend the next seven hours studying, and wave goodbye to any thoughts of sleep tonight... (Sorry for the venting, by the way- I'm just an idiot. Haha.)
Later.

Nat: I met a boy...

*giggle*

Cori: OMG!!!

Yup. Two posts in one day. Arentcha all proud of me? Lmao. Anyhoo, OMG GUESS WHAT?!?! My mom is letting me completely fuck up my hair! (Excuse the French.) What I mean by that is: SHE'S GOING TO LET ME BLEACH IT AND THEN DYE PART OF IT HOT PINK!!! Woot!!!
First she agrees to let me have a short, shaggy tomboy/scene hairstyle. Probably just to piss off my dad, the old Mr. Overprotective of the bunch (hehe). Then she lets me buy a bunch of skinny jeans, some t-shirts that say some rude things and/or have Invader Zim/Hello Kitty/Adventure Time dudes on it, these really awesome black and purple gloves, and this epic pink tu-tu things and black-and-yellow striped leggings. Then she lets me have those super high black Converse shoes.
My dad is officially freaking out. MUAHAHAHA!!!
Just to see what he would do, I asked to dye my hair black lmao. Dad: "NOOOOO!"
Then, just to aggravate him further, I asked for a septum piercing. I'm officially grounded xD!!!
But yay!!! I get to bleach my hair!!! My dad is going to kill me...hahaha.

Kas: Hello ladies.

Yeah, I check the blog everyday, but I never have anything to tell you guys. Haha.

Sarah! I really want to know what this secrets is... so, hurry up and be able to tell us! Also, I actually just started my own buisness... Hahaha. It's online-based of course, and its a lot of fun, Its not even close to being completely set up yet, but when I get it all ut together I'll post the link up here. :D

What is everyone doing with writing lately? Heather and I kind of took an un-planned break for the last two weeks, haha. Busy, busy, we are. Yeah, I did just say that like Yoda. :P

But, hopefully we'll get a bit more done this week. Part 1 is finsihed (not edited) and we're working on plotting part 2 now.

-K

Cori: Lovin' the buttons xD!!!

LMAO!!! I only just got on and I was like, WTF HAPPENED?! WHAT ARE THESE THINGS?! Then I read Kas's post. Absolutely genius, girl! =D!!! They need to do something like that on Youtube, lol. A like, fail, and awesome button lmao. Everyone would love it I'm sure.
Hmmm...what else...
Ooh, right! I got the cops called on me the other day, lmao. I was on a walk with my friend Joey, and I got the crazy idea to go ding-dong ditching. Well...we nearly got away with it, on the twelfth house. But then some guy behind us, on his porch, saw us and called the police hahaha. We didn't get in trouble thankfully, since we ran as soon as we realized what was going on, but yeah...
I think that's the end of my ding-dong ditching fun.
Let's see...oh! It's also Spring Break now! We got out on Friday, and guess what we saw? It was snowing. Ohio, your weather patterns are so unpredictable...on Thursday, the high is 75F. On Friday, the high is 32F lmao. Talk about random!!!
Everybody knows of me as "That Crazy Scene Kid" now at school, since I beat up the toughest guy in my grade. But I HAD to! He took the awesome notebook I won in a contest, threw it down on the ground for no good reason, and started stepping on it. So I picked it up and beat him up with it, yelling, "LEAVE MY STUFF ALONE, ASSHOLE!!!"
And now I'm pretty famous. xD!!!
I've been busy lately, lmao. So what's up with you guys?

Nat: How awesome is the awesomeness button?

Pretty freakin' awesome, that's how awesome it is. Kas, you're a genius.

HI! I'm back from Mexico, my trip was fantastic, and I'm very sad to be home. =(
So beautiful there.

But I got a new job (!), and training starts today. In about 20 minutes actually, so I have to go.

I missed you all a lot and am very disappointed at your lack of posts.

It's good to be back. :)

Thursday, March 24, 2011

Sarah: Secrets.

As we speak, Super Top Secret Projects are underway that concern my graduation from Middle of Nowhere High School, my future, college, opening my own business, and several more Top Secret Things. Things I'm not permitted to tell you about at the moment. But I will tell you everything as soon as I can!

But I wanted to let you all know that I am alive and well (though I can't say that I know that about some of you loser who never post!). I also wanted to let you know that my work load is probably about to double in size.

Wish me luck!

Heather: What Can You Do When Your Good Isn't Good Enough?

When all that you touch tumbles down?
'Cause my best intentions keep making a mess of things,
I just wanna fix it somehow.

I love Glee.
I also happen to think that that verse is very relatable to- not just to me, though definitely me as well, but probably a few people on this blog.
So, how are you ladies?
I think we need a fail button.
>:')
And hey, Ned, are you still writing with your sister?
What's it about? :)
By the way, your Yahoo! is still doing it...

Kas: This is why you love me.

By popular demand, let me introduce to you lovely ladies here at SAAWAKM, our new 'Like' Button! Equipped with everything a like button requires... click-ability! So, now, we may like each others post to hearts content!

Hahaha. I saw some of you talking about this recently, so i figured i would go ahead and work my computer abilities and add a like button.

But, another cool feature, is we can actually have any kind of button we want on our posts, so, I think you ladies should help me come up with aweosme button ideas. I was thinking... an 'Awesomeness!' Button would be amazing...

ideas?

Cori: IT'S FINISHED!!!

I finished the fifth draft of my novel!!! 68400 words, around 250 pages, and completely AWESOME if I do say so myself!!! I. Love. It. Also, from when you guys last had access to it, it's been changed completely.
How?
Like this:
1) Charlie is no longer the MC. A sexy, depressing angel dude named Altrius is.
2) The world isn't medieval, but futuristic now.
3) I took out three characters, and replaced them with different ones.
4) Basically, every single thing is different. 'Nuff said.
5) I'm actually proud of it now. xD!!!
6) I'm getting this one published. Going to search for agents after editing =D!!!

Friday, March 18, 2011

Heather: :)

I've been in Nova Scotia for my March break- it's been really great here. I've been staying with my sister and going to her classes. She's a neuroscience major. :)
Anyway, How're you guys?
And Emilie, I think you have a virus, at least on your Yahoo! account.
Alright, bye ladies! :)

Sarah: Tell me the truth...is this to vampire-y, considering how big of a craze that is?

S T A K E D.

Jules Van Helsing eats garlic at every meal, wears a crucifix with each outfit, and was holding a stake before she could walk. Her family has been in the vampire hunting business for five hundred years—way before Stoker took their story and put his own little twist on it—and Jules seems to be the golden child.

Until she’s caught on tape staking a fang and becomes a wanted fugitive.

Now her family has no choice but to ask for help from their long-time rivals, the Harkers—and their infuriatingly sarcastic (and super, super hot) son, Alex.

But a string of murders in a small Pennsylvania town have both the Harkers and the Van Helsings interested. What seems to look like vampire slayings are changing into werewolf attacks and morphing into witch hexings. And worst of all, signs that the most famous fang of all, Dracula himself, may be back from the grave—again—and he seems to have a creepy crush on Jules, complete with weird love notes and strange gifts addressed to his ‘reincarnated love’.

To solve this string of murders, stake the father of all vampires and prevent Jules from becoming Dracula’s bride, these two families will have to put aside their age old differences and work together for the first time in over two hundred years. The only question is, can they do it before Dracula raises his army of the undead, or will the world be forced to live in fear of monsters again?

Nat: Mexico!

I'm going to Mexico tomorrow! Yay!

Kas/Heather: I am loving Silver. Fantastic excerpt!

Cori: Hope you feel better soon!

The rest of you: I miss you!

I will talk to you all in about a week. :D

Cori: Ugh...I hate being sick!

Sorry I haven't been on in a while. For some reason I'm constantly sick lately -_- and I was busy hanging around outside with my significant other day after day, when I actually WASN'T throwing up or coughing violently or complaining of a sore throat. lol.
I also went to a writing contest...and, turns out, the judge was a total homophobe and ragged on me for my story being about a gay, abusive relationship. UGH. I did badly, because of that, and I can now not go to the state contest most likely.
Blah...
So what's up with you guys?

Kas & Heather: Part 1: To Be Named.

Kas & Heather.

Hey guys, so we have some amazing news for all of you! Silver is 1/3 of the way written! We're writing it in thirds, and we've just finished the first one. Un-edited, of course. It came out to be around 33,384 words. But, I would guess somewhere around 35,000-40,000 once its been edited.

I'm not so sure; I think completely edited, it may bee even more- but that's besides the point. It's really exciting, Silver is going great, and I know we both love it. I'm really glad we decided to write together again, and Kas even had the idea to integrate some of what we had in Ember, to Silver.
Man... We're getting awfully predictable with these names...
Anyway, Kas and I decided to give you all an excerpt. It would be more exciting- but the exciting bits will come with Part 2, and Part 3. But what we're showing you now, we've both agreed upon loving.
Now, it's not going to be perfect; but we did try to edit it. Let us know what you think!

Excerpt:

My silver sandals click loudly on the marble floor as I walk. I lick my lips nervously only to have my mouth filled with the bitter taste of rouge. I try to take a deep breath, but the bodice of the dress clings tightly to my waist and chest, restricting my air. The long skirts whirl around my legs, the mesh underneath them itching horribly against my skin. I stumble often, unable to watch the floor through my silver mask.

Sounds of music float through the air from below as I make my way towards the grand staircase that leads down into the ballroom. I clutch the railing tightly for balance as I begin down the steps, my free hand lifting the dress skirts out of the way.

The room is full of people. Most are already on the dance floor, twirling around each other in pairs, while the others sit at the long wooden tables that line the room, sipping honeyed wine or nibbling on expensive food. My gaze scans over the room, hoping for a familiar face, but then I realize that the masks are even more concealing than I had ever thought.

Stepping from the stairs, I walk tentatively towards one of the tables, and, picking a seat not surrounded by anyone, sit down. I can already feel the awkwardness creeping up on me. I try not to notice, but a couple down the table is staring at me intensely; whispering.

I feel a tap on my shoulder. “My lady,” I turn just in time to see the man in the brilliant red mask bow. “May I have this dance?” he extends his hand to me, his bright red hair showing in the back like a powerful flame.

Shocked, I nod; most men of the court have no interest in me, nor I they. He is young, as is shown by his soft voice and posture, but I cannot tell who he is. His hands are callused and strong against my own, which seem much too soft to even me, after my long hours of being primped and prodded by Arabelle and her sisters. He guides me to where the other couples dance; their attention fixated solely upon their partners. No one bothers to notice as we join them.

Once we are in the midst of the dancers, their bodies swirling around us, he places one hand on my waist, while the other remains in my own. I have to stretch a little, to place a hand on the shoulder of his scarlet tunic.

He is delicate with his movements, handling me as though I am a doll made out of the most fragile china. Normally, I would contest to being treated as such, but I can see the small smile on his lips, the faint glimmer in his eyes, and I find myself enjoying his presence too much to insult him.

The music drifts lightly around us, as he twirls me with his hand. I’m unable to hold in my laughter as I spin back to him and land pressed against his chest. Instead of pulling back however, I am enamoured with his soft brown gaze, and he mine.

Lost in his stare, I hardly notice the music end. When he steps away and bows again, I am thankful for the mask that hides my growing blush. While I may not be a lady, I’m not usually so promiscuous. “Your beauty is as radiant as the sun, your highness.” Confusion floods through me. Your highness? It’s then that I realize who it is he believes he was dancing with. Anger floods through me, misplaced, however, as this is the princess’s birthday. My mouth opens to tell him that I am indeed not the princess, when he leans forward again.

“Be warned though; things are not always as they seem. They are coming for you.” The words muddle my mind, and I forget about his mistake in my identity. I am frozen in my thoughts when a new voice sounds from behind me.

“Silver?” The new voice is deep, but soft, reminiscent of a warm summer day, and I know instantly it is Kingston. I don’t turn to him though; too caught up in my thoughts.

I glance down at my empty hands, before back up; searching for my cryptic partner. My heart is still beating at a sporadic pace. I have never known it to pound this way, threatening to break through my chest. The boy’s words echo in my mind- they are coming for you. Who- what- but most importantly, how did he know? I swallow; a lump grows in my throat as I realize I will probably never know.

A warm hand latches on to my arm and I jump. “Are you alright Silver?” Kingston asks, spinning me around to face him. “Who was that?” His light eyes are worried.

“That was,” I pause glancing to the men around us, but I know I will not find him again. “Just someone. I didn’t get his name.” King raises his eyebrows, frowning. “I’m fine.” My voice sounds frazzled, but otherwise normal. He still looks unconvinced. “Really.” I reassure him. “I’m fine.” This time I force a laugh, and he, though obviously not fully convinced, nods.

King’s gaze narrows as my stare meets his own, but he sighs. “Alright. Come on.”

Taking my hand, he leads me from the dance floor over to one of the tables. Everyone at this table seems to be occupied in some way or another, and we end up sitting beside a drunk looking man, and his date. They are too busy with each other to take any notice of us.

I roll my eyes, and turn my back to them. “Lovely view, isn’t it?” I mutter to Kingston, my cheeks flushing as he laughs loudly. The woman shoots him an angry look that quickly turns appraising, as she takes in his black slacks and the forest green tunic that matches his eyes. His blond hair stands at odd angles on top of his head, but it appears to be more endearing than messy. I notice the woman’s gaze linger on his strong shoulders; built up from years of training. This time, it is I who struggles to stifle my laughter.

King doesn’t seem to notice that the couple has stopped, the lady with her eyes locked upon him, and the man now glaring in our direction. “Don’t judge, Silver.” King says. “You have no idea what the effects of love can do to a person’s judgment.” Despite his attempt at lowering of his voice, the woman frowns, and quickly flees her seat, the man following in her wake.

Laughing, I ask, “Oh and you do? When have you ever been in love?” His eyes turn serious as they stare into mine. His mouth opens to respond but a voice, heavy and slurred from too much honeyed wine, cuts him off.

“My lady!” A short, pudgy man is bouncing on the ball of his heels behind us, his brow wet with sweat and the strong stench of alcohol on his breath. His face is half covered by a large black mask, feathers and beads adorning its surface. “I didn’t realize you had arrived! Those damned doormen, always slacking off. They should have announced you to the room!” He frowns, obviously annoyed.

I hold back my laughter. “I’m sorry, sir. Do I know you?”

"It is I, Sir Covington, of course.” He pulls his mask down, showing off his beady mud brown eyes, and crooked nose. “I was just speaking with your father about you, your highness; he says your studies in literatu-”

“Highness?” Kingston frowns, cutting the man off. “I’m afraid you have her mistaken, sir.”

The man turns to Kingston, seeming to only just realize he is here. He squints at him, trying, I guess, to decipher his identity.

My stomach flutters nervously. This man too, believes me to be the princess. My partner’s words echo once again through my mind. Things are not always as they seem. I turn away from Kingston and the drunken man, a strange feeling overtaking me. My breathing seems even more stifled than before as I take quick panting breaths.

“Silver?” King’s voice breaks into my mind and I look up at him. His eyes are filled with worry. Covington is behind him, his tiny eyes narrowed at me, alight with excitement. “What’s wrong?”

“Nothing.” I say. “It’s this dress, I can’t breathe.”

“Would you like me to alert your father, princess? I’m sure he could do someth-”

“She isn’t the princess!” Kingston voice is loud. Louder than what is acceptable in places like these. I can feel every gaze in the room falling upon us.

“Oh.” Confusion flits across Covington’s face as he turns away from us, muttering apologies and stumbling towards a crowd of people.

Sucking in a deep breath I look to King, whose eyes are glued to my face. “I’m fine, King.” I look back to Covington’s retreating form. “That was-”

But King interrupts, his worry stifled, amusement once more evident in his voice. “Hilarious. I don’t blame the poor man; you do look an awful lot like the poor princess did before her illness. It’s rather uncanny, really.” His fingers run over my mask, and briefly, I wonder if he plans to remove it. “Especially with the mask.”

“Oh shut up, King.” I pull my face back, and force out an awkward laugh.

“Dance with me?” I am about to chuckle, when I see the serious look come over his face.

“Oh.” I say, taken aback. “Sure.”

We stand and he takes my hand, leading me back out to the floor. His free arm circles my waist, pulling me so close to him my chest is pressed up against his own. I smile up at him. “Smooth.”

Kingston grins. “I am rather charming, aren’t I?” His hand moves to the small of my back as he leans forward, dipping me. Small strands of hair fall out of my diamond entwined bun, its curls spiralling towards the ground. I can’t help the happiness that overtakes my face as he brings me back up.

As we dance, time seems to stand still. We no longer need to speak, our bodies swaying to the rhythm of the soft music. I can understand now how the couples had danced for so long, seemingly oblivious to their extravagant surroundings. It was easy to get lost in a moment like this.

Kingston’s light, shaggy hair falls into his eyes and he flicks it back with a swift shake of the head. I see the tanned skin of his neck move as he swallows, before looking back to his face. He is staring at me now. “What?” I ask.

“Do you know how I figured out which girl was you earlier?” His hand reaches up, gently moving a stray piece of hair away from my face. “Your eyes. No one has eyes like yours, Silver.”

Ned. Writing with my sister?! Can it be?!

Well of course it can. We all knew it was gonna happen eventually.

So, yeah. Me and my sister came up with this awesome idea. And you are going to L.O.V.E it.

I'll post more soon. Right now, I have to write chapter one. Bye!
Ned.

Sarah: An Update.

On Writing: Well, I'm currently working on the third chapter of Zoe Lennox and the Invisible City. But here's the weird thing--I've already gotten most of the book plotted out. Which is strange, because I usually just let the book write itself. But maybe it's a good change!
On Reading: I'm really into the Hex Hall series right now. If you haven't read them, do it!
On School: It's actually spring break for me now, so I have all of next week off!
On Spring Break: On Monday I'm going over to my friend Bree's house to work on a HUGE English III project. On Tuesday and Wednesday I will be out of town (which has something to do with the secret you'll read about below!). Then on Friday I'm going to the zoo with all my besties! So excited!
On Life: I'm pretty busy right now! Going pretty much non-stop all the time, which isn't necessarily fun, but it's still enjoyable. Sometimes I get a little overwhelmed because of lack of sleep and too much on the schedule, but I'm getting used to it.
On My Job: It's going pretty well. I really, really like it and everyone is super nice!
On Family: Well, there are a lot of changes happening in my family. We've been talking about said changes and are trying to work through them. It's going to be a long process though, and that's kinda why we're going out of town. I can't tell you all anything yet, but I will soon!

I hope everyone's doing awesome! :)

Heather: Blah, Blah, Blah.

Hello.
So, first off, I have absolutely nothing to say. Just so you all know. :)
Now, Sarah, I read over chapter two- and I loved it. But I don't think I'll get it back to you until tomorrow, I hope you don't mind, it's just, I'm kind of tired now, and I didn't find much wrong with it. That could be because you did an awesome job editing, or because I'm just tired, so I figure I'll give it a fresh look over tomorrow, and send off my ... beta-ing.
Haha, well, that's all.
Bye, ladies!

Wednesday, March 9, 2011

Sarah: I want comments, please.

On Zoe Lennox and the Invisible City. Please.

Just let me know if you
a) love it.
b) think it's the most awful thing you've ever read and ohmygoshstopwritingnowbecauseyou'reawful.
c)erm...
d) love it.

Sarah: Okay, ya'll.

Well, I got Heather's email (thank you, by the way! Your advice was amazing!) and I'm working on putting her comments and critiques in chapter one. It should be on OSSAWAKMS by the end of the day! Hope everyone is doing well!

Sunday, March 6, 2011

Heather: Hi.

So, I've got nothing to say, except Sarah, I got your e-mail, and I should reply tonight- I just ended up having a way busier weekend than expected, so I'm sorry it's taking so long- it won't usually.
Anyway, that's about all.
Bye ladies! :)

EDIT- The e-mail hath been sent.

Thursday, March 3, 2011

Sarah: Okay, so...

...before I post the first chapter I need a volunteer.

I need someone to beta read for me. Basically, in case you don't already know, a beta reader is kind of like an unpaid editor. They read your story chapter by chapter and tell you what they like, what they didn't, how stupid you are, and ohmygoshthisisamazing/awful/i'mspeechless.

So...volunteers? Preferably someone who rocks at editing?

And until I find a beta reader, I can't post this on OSWAAKAMS.

Wednesday, March 2, 2011

Nat: Sofie

My new idea. :)

Heather: Bronchitis, and other things.

Hello ladies.
I haven't posted for a while; sorry about that.
I have bronchitis; if you don't know what that is- it makes you cough. A lot.
Haha. Silver is still going strong, which is good. :) Sarah's new version of Zoe Lennox seems pretty freaking awesome, and Ned, I actually really liked your mom's blog. Hahaha. :')
