Hello fellow writers!
So, I'm sitting here, typing away at my story. I realized how hard it is to write action. It's easy to watch it in a movie, but to write it...insert shudder here.
I was wondering if you guys have any advice? I really need help!

Heres what i do,
ReplyDeletePut on a fast paced song, something you think kind of goes witht he mood of the scene. Then listen to it a few times, and picture everything you want to happen in your head, like a movie. Put the song on repeat and just try to make your reader see what you just pictured, dont try to write it really good, just try to get that imagery, you can always edit later...

I picture it first. I discribe everything, fast! I think fast I type fast, I make everything fast. That way, ou read it fast. Try to keep things fast passed but followable, (I don't think thats a word...)
