Nicole: Character development?

I'm having this problem. I'm starting to develop Florence, but people have told me that she seems like a Mary-Sue, but then I don't think she does. Here are the traits I have:
• Strong –willed
• Determined
• Pushy
• Impatient
• Brave
• Nosy
• Speaks her mind
• She holds her head high, even with being a woman back then
• She’s not afraid of hard work
• She doesn't really think before she acts, and that gets her into a lot of bad situations

I'm still working on more, but apparently I don't have enough flaws. UGH. What do you guys think?

You should use this, and just fix it up for the type of time period you're writing in. I use this for every character XD! Yours sounds interesting.
